Gino D’Acampo to Open New Restaurant & Bar at Leeds Marriott Hotel

Gino D’Acampo is opening a new restaurant and bar in Leeds. And it’ll be housed in the recently refurbished Leeds Marriott Hotel on Boar Lane.

Designed by acclaimed international restaurant designer Bernard Carroll, it will feature an impressive marble bar complete with lounge area, a cicchetti bar and a deli. There’ll also be a 160-seater open plan restaurant, and outdoor terrace. And that promises to make it the perfect year-round destination.

The design, look and feel will be glamorous and opulent. And it’ll harness the first-class world-operating standards for which Marriott Bonvoy and Gino D’Acampo Hotels & Leisure are recognised.

Catering to every dining need, the restaurant will be open all day. It’ll be open every day for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner until late. And guests of the hotel will able to enjoy in-room dining prepared by the restaurant.

The menu has bee designed personally by Gino and his esteemed team of chefs. And it’ll be fitting for its location, encompassing classic Italian dishes with a real focus on quality and ingredient provenance.  The drinks menu, curated by Gino’s expert sommeliers, will feature an extensive list of classic and signature cocktails, Italian and international wines, Prosecco, Franciacorta, spirits and artisan beers, with Gino promising to raise the bar for Italian dining in the culinary city.

The opening heralds the first of a number of new signings for the leading hotel and leisure company, further to Gino striking a partnership with global hotel leaders Marriott Bonvoy and Hamilton-Pyramid Europe.

His latest project will see an investment of £1.5m in the iconic building. And the new venue will also create 52 jobs when it opens in Spring.
