A new restaurant, Bavette, is set to make its debut in Horsforth this February. The exciting new bistro concept is the brainchild of Sandy Jarvis, former Managing Director and Head Chef of the Culpeper Group, and his partner, Clément Cousin, an accomplished Restaurant Manager and sommelier with past tenure at Brawn and The Buxton.
