Chart busting Exocets from Leeds… (possibly)

YOUR NAMES: Alisha, Laura, Tom and Josh.
BAND NAME: Edited People.
WHAT DO YOU DO/PLAY? Vocals (Alisha), drums (Laura), bass (Tom) and guitar (Josh).
HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN TOGETHER AS A BAND/PLAYING MUSIC? Me and Josh first met at university where we spent two years writing and understanding our craft. However, the band has been together for about a year now.

GIVE US THREE REASONS WHY WE SHOULD TRACK DOWN, LISTEN AND DISCOVER YOUR MUSIC?
I believe over the two years of writing, we have managed to craft a unique sound which will hopefully add something fresh to the local scene. Our music is relatable, as lyrically I like to talk about my own experiences – and finally, we have been working hard at making our live shows as fun and thrilling as possible.

WHERE DO YOU SOUND BEST – FESTIVAL, CLUB, BEDROOM – OR SOMEWHERE ELSE?
We haven’t actually played live yet. Our first gig will be on the 12th October at the Lending Room in Leeds. I can imagine festivals will really suit our music though, we really love the atmosphere.
