HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN TOGETHER AS A BAND/PLAYING MUSIC?: Two and a half years.

GIVE US 3 REASONS WHY WE SHOULD TRACK DOWN, LISTEN AND DISCOVER YOUR MUSIC?
1. We’ve got some of the best riffs you’ve ever heard.
2. Grunge is the new pop-punk.
3. If you don’t listen to us now, you’ll be paying £100 to see us at Wembley soon…

SO, WHEN IT ALL GOES WRONG AND YOU’VE ACRIMONIOUSLY BROKEN UP CITING HUGE MUSICAL DIFFERENCES, WHAT DO YOU FALL BACK ON?
Hopefully, I’ll still have the mansion and the supermodel girlfriend, so I should be alright until things smooth over…

“Will is into some industrial rock”

PLEASE CITE SOME INTER-BAND MUSICAL DIFFERENCES…
I’m a big lover of hip-hop and rap music like Kendrick Lamar and Frank Ocean. I guess the other two don’t really listen to that kind of stuff regularly. It’s not like we have musical differences, we just have music that we all listen to and then other music that we only listen to individually. Will is into some industrial rock at the moment and Bex is delving into some jazz, I think.

WHO ARE YORKSHIRE’S FINEST IN CULTURE, SPORT AND MUSIC?
LIFE are a fantastic band and they’re doing brilliantly at the moment as well as Of Allies. The Black Delta Movement are releasing their debut record soon too which should be mega. We’re also all big lovers of Drenge, who are Sheffield lads. As for sports, we don’t really know what football is.

NAME YOUR SUPERGROUP – WHO’S PLAYING WHAT AND WHO’S ON VOCALS?
Thom Yorke (Radiohead/AFP) Keyboards, Dave Grohl (Foo Fighters/Nirvana) Drums, Andrew Groves (Arcane Roots) Guitar, Jesse F. Keeler (DFA1979) Bass, Me on Vocals (obviously, but might get Mick Jagger to help me out a bit).

GO SEE THIS FILM: On The Road.
GO READ THIS BOOK: 13 Reasons Why.
GREAT LOST BAND/ARTIST: Feeder.
WOULDN’T BE CAUGHT DEAD SUPPORTING: Roger Waters (don’t like the guy very much).
LONDON, L.A OR LEEDS?: Leeds.

AND FINALLY… AS YOU LEAVE THE STAGE, WHAT ARE YOUR PARTING WORDS?
Buy my record, but also get home safe.
