Introducing: Breeze

Brotherly Hull quartet…

YOUR NAME: Albert Anderson.
BAND NAME: Breeze.
WHAT DO YOU DO/PLAY? I’m the front man and rhythm guitarist.

HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN TOGETHER AS A BAND/PLAYING MUSIC?
This is our third year together now.

GIVE US 3 REASONS WHY WE SHOULD TRACK DOWN, LISTEN AND DISCOVER YOUR MUSIC?
1st reason being – we have a sound that no other band has in this day and age.
2nd –  They are genuinely great songs that I can guarantee you will be singing by the end of listening to them.
3rd –  to say that you have listened to Breeze before they made it famous and took over the music industry 😉

WHERE DO YOU SOUND BEST – FESTIVAL, CLUB, BEDROOM – OR SOMEWHERE ELSE?
Depends really we sound great at all places just depends on the sound engineers and the acoustic of the room, but we are great live!

WHAT WAS YOUR FIRST…
RECORD? My first purchased record that I owned was, Liam Gallagher – ‘Why Me Why Not’
CD? My first CD I owned was Kasabian – Empire
DOWNLOAD? And my first download ever was Radiohead –  ‘Karma Police’

SO, WHEN IT ALL GOES RIGHT AND YOU’VE GOT A HUGE QUEUE OF HANGERS-ON AND A RIDICULOUS MANSION, WHAT WILL BE YOUR BIGGEST INDULGENCE, MUSICAL OR OTHERWISE?
I think I would have a multi-million pound studio built in my mansion so I can create and record new music and collaborate with other legends of the rock world like Liam Gallagher, Dave Grohl etc… And also supercars – I think my garage would be overflowing.

SO, WHEN IT ALL GOES WRONG AND YOU’VE ACRIMONIOUSLY BROKEN UP CITING HUGE MUSICAL DIFFERENCES, WHAT DO YOU FALL BACK ON?
God forbid if we ever did break up! I highly doubt it because two of the members are my brothers and they’re the closest people to me that I have. Blood is thicker than that –  but to a thing to fall back on would be songwriting. I would try to create new music and see where it takes me.

CITE SOME INTER-BAND MUSICAL DIFFERENCES…
We are all massive Beatles fans. I’m a big fan of Oasis and Radiohead. Our bass player is a big 80s fan, our drummer is a big Kasabian fan and our guitarist is a big Queen fan.

WHO ARE YORKSHIRE’S FINEST IN CULTURE, SPORT AND MUSIC?
Now that is a tough question because I would have said us 😂 but if I couldn’t say us I would say Luke Campbell for boxing.

NAME YOUR SUPERGROUP – WHO’S PLAYING WHAT, WHO’S ON VOCALS AND WHO’S YOUR BEZ?
Great question! I would go for Dave Grohl on drums, Paul McCartney on bass and backing harmonies, Noel Gallagher on rhythm guitar, Eric Clapton on lead guitar and Caleb Followill from Kings of Leon on vocals – and definitely Bez and Mick Jagger as back up dancers
