WHAT DO YOU DO/PLAY? I sing!
HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN TOGETHER AS A BAND/PLAYING MUSIC? Just over a year now.
GIVE US 3 REASONS WHY WE SHOULD TRACK DOWN, LISTEN AND DISCOVER YOUR MUSIC?
Because it would make me very happy!! I love music and I put a lot into the music I write, and any support is so much appreciated. Also, it doesn’t take much to give our tracks a listen, you may even like what you hear!
WHERE DO YOU SOUND BEST – FESTIVAL, CLUB, BEDROOM – OR SOMEWHERE ELSE?
To be honest I’ve always found bathrooms to have the best acoustics, there is a reason everyone sings in the shower!! Not that I’ll be putting on any gigs in any bathrooms any time soon…
WHAT WAS YOUR FIRST…
RECORD? Bruce Springsteen, Born to Run: I was endlessly stealing my Dad’s copy until he got my own for me.
CD? I think it was Pink, I’m not Dead, which was the ultimate girl power anthem for my younger self.
DOWNLOAD? I don’t remember exactly but I have a feeling it was a Michael Bublé mp3 which one of my mates sent me on Bluetooth on my flip phone.

SO, WHEN IT ALL GOES RIGHT AND YOU’VE GOT A MANSION AND A SUPERMODEL GIRL/BOYFRIEND, WHAT WILL BE YOUR BIGGEST MUSICAL INDULGENCE?
I mean the dream would be a beautiful grand piano. I’m not the greatest pianist (by no stretch of imagination), but I grew up with a piano in the house and I’d love to keep that going, and a grand would be the ultimate!
SO, WHEN IT ALL GOES WRONG AND YOU’VE ACRIMONIOUSLY BROKEN UP CITING HUGE MUSICAL DIFFERENCES, WHAT DO YOU FALL BACK ON?
I’ll become an armchair philosopher living off royalties! Fun fact: I am currently still studying at the University of Leeds reading Philosophy and Psychology so I guess it would make sense to fall back on that?

Jasper doesn’t appreciate the beauty that is ‘Jungleland’ (by Bruce) which happens to be the song I listen to before every exam and big event, it’s become a bit of a thing…
WHO ARE YORKSHIRE’S FINEST IN CULTURE, SPORT AND MUSIC?
There’s so much to say! Yorkshire is buzzing!! I mean Girl Gang Leeds springs to mind, they’re pretty awesome and doing some great things for women and those who identify as/stand with, so check them out if you haven’t already. Sport-wise I’m still waiting (like many) for Leeds United to be promoted so I can finally watch Spurs play in Leeds! And I mean music… wow there’s so much. Favourites of mine include 360 regulars Flash Cassette who are just so much fun; if you haven’t seen them already then, you’re missing out! But there are so many more, I love Jellyskin and Happy Daggers, and it’s so good to see bands like Marsicans and Talkboy doing so well! But I could actually go on forever!

NAME YOUR SUPERGROUP – WHO’S PLAYING WHAT, WHO’S ON VOCALS AND WHO’S YOUR BEZ?
I’d have Adele on vocals because she’s amazingly talented, hilarious and a Spurs fan! I’d have the wizard that is Corry Wong on lead guitar, Ralph Rolle on drums, obviously bringing with him his cookies (he owns a cute cookie company in New York!). Elton John on keys because I mean, duh, and then Nik West on bass, she’s unreal and worked with the likes of Prince. And then I’d bring Sam Smith along as my bezzie and dance partner!
