The glamping pods at Lordstones Country Park are located in their own secluded Pod Village, surrounded by ponds and have beautiful Moorland views. They have been built bespoke for this site and have recently been given a fresh new look. Each glamping pod contains a washroom with toilet and wash basin, a double bed & double sofa-bed and can comfortably sleep up to 4 guests (ideal for 2 adults & 2 children). There is also a small kitchenette area with travel kettle, under counter fridge, basin, dining table & chairs and a wood burning stove. Outdoors there is a decking area with seating and a cast iron BBQ. Lordstones is a pet friendly glamping site, accepting pets in two of their pods (subject to availability). Prices start from £60 per night.

2. Shepherd’s Hut Glamping at Mill Farm

This delightful Shepherd’s Hut is located in Mill Farm Country Park campsite. Sleeping two guests, the hut is fitted out with a comfortable double bed with storage underneath, a microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, DAB radio and a heater. There’s a fitted dresser complete with utensils and crockery, a welcome pack of tea, coffee and hot chocolate, and a fresh pint of locally produced milk! Within the local area are the historic sites of Skipsea Castle built on an Iron age mound and All St Church, which dates back to the 11th Century. Nearby Skipsea has a lovely beach and Hornsea Mere is not far away. Prices start from £75 per night.

3. Hot Tub Glamping at Peaks & Pods

These glamping pods offer luxury glamping accommodation in a beautiful setting. This is the perfect glamping site to socialise outdoors. Take in the views from your wooden deck while soaking in the hot tub beside the large fire bowl (for use as a fire pit or barbecue grill). Or spend the evening sitting in the large sheltered social area – The Hub – with its own wood-fired pizza oven for hire, large fire pit, fairy lights and seating. Prices start from £120 per night.

4. Dog Friendly Glamping in the Yorkshire Dales

The dog friendly glamping pods at Buckden camping are located on a working farm at the heart of picturesque Upper Wharfedale. There are stunning, short distance walks close by and a host of tourist attractions, so there is plenty to see and do. The furnished family glamping pod has a kettle with access to a fridge and freezer. There is a mattress covered seating area, which folds down to make a sleeping platform, sleeping up to two adults and two children comfortably. There is decking outside of the pod were you can cook or simply sit and admire the fabulous views of the dale around you. Toilets, a shower and pot-wash facility are available for your use. Prices start from £40 per night.
