Sandi Toksvig Tour to Visit Leeds Town Hall
by Ellie Victor
Sandi Toksvig is taking her smash-hit one-woman ‘National Trevor’ show back on the road in 2020 – and there’s a date at Leeds Town Hall on February 4th.
The host of QI and The Great British Bake-Off is a regular voice on Radio 4, as well as a novelist, producer and actor. Sandi performed at the very first night of The Comedy Store in London and for many years was a member of The Comedy Store Players, an improvisational comedy team.
“Rave reviews”
An activist for gender equality, in 2014 she co-founded the Women’s Equality Party.
‘National Trevor’ has been receiving rave reviews, with The Times calling the show “An evening of wit and wisdom.. like a breath of fresh air”.
Expect tall stories, fascinatingly funny facts, really silly jokes, a quick-fire Q&A and a quiz. Don’t expect tap-dancing, leotards or a forward roll.
