Otley Becomes Christmas Tree Town: “A lantern parade starts at Otley Courthouse”
The Fayre is held in the pedestrianised town center. Attractions include market stalls and street food, entertainment, carol performances by local schools, and traditional fairground rides. As darkness draws in, a lantern parade that starts at Otley Courthouse winds its way around town accompanied by a live band. The lanterns are all handmade by local children who will be carrying them in the parade – a glorious occasion that’s sure to light up the lead-in to Christmas.
